Cutout Sticker Maker is designed to process your selected photos locally on your device. The app does not upload your photos, generated masks, sticker previews, exported stickers, or face data to TomatoPeter Studio servers.

Information the App Processes

Cutout Sticker Maker may process the following information only as needed to provide its sticker creation features:

  • Selected Photos: Photos you choose from your photo library are processed locally on your device to create sticker previews and exported sticker images.
  • Generated Sticker Data: Temporary masks, previews, outlines, and sticker images are created locally during sticker editing and export.
  • Local App Settings: The app may store preferences or purchase unlock state locally on your device so the app can remember settings and enabled features.
  • Purchase Status: If you buy or restore the lifetime Pro unlock, Apple App Store services process the purchase. The app uses purchase status only to unlock paid features.

Cutout Sticker Maker Photo and Face Data

Cutout Sticker Maker processes photos selected by the user locally on the user's device to create sticker previews and exported sticker images. The app uses Apple's on-device Vision foreground subject mask API. It does not use face recognition, face detection, face identification, or face tracking APIs, and it does not identify or collect face data.

Selected photos, generated masks, sticker previews, and exported stickers are not uploaded to TomatoPeter Studio servers. We do not sell, share, or disclose face data or photo contents to third parties. Temporary processing data is used only during sticker creation and is not retained by us. Exported stickers are saved only to the user's local Photos library when the user chooses to save or export them.

How the App Uses Photos and Sticker Data

The app uses selected photos and generated sticker data only to:

  • Create sticker previews from photos you select
  • Generate transparent PNG stickers and outline effects
  • Save exported stickers to your local Photos library when you choose to export or save them
  • Show your recent saved stickers inside the app
  • Unlock paid Pro features after a successful App Store purchase or restore

Photo Library Permission

Cutout Sticker Maker asks for photo library access so you can select source photos, save generated sticker PNG files, and view stickers saved in the app-created Cutout Sticker album. You can manage or revoke photo access at any time in iOS Settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your photos, generated stickers, face data, or photo contents. Cutout Sticker Maker does not upload image processing data to our servers.

  • Apple App Store: Apple processes purchases and restores for in-app purchases according to Apple's own privacy policy.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information only if required by law or in response to a valid legal request.

Third-Party Services

Cutout Sticker Maker uses Apple platform services such as Photos, Vision, and App Store in-app purchase services. Image processing is performed locally on device using Apple's on-device APIs. The app does not use a server-side image processing service.

Data Retention and Deletion

We do not retain selected photos, generated masks, sticker previews, exported stickers, or face data on our servers. Temporary processing data exists only during local sticker creation. Exported stickers remain in your local Photos library only if you choose to save or export them, and you can delete them from Photos at any time.

Cutout Sticker Maker does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require an account and does not upload selected photos or generated stickers to our servers.

Your Rights

Because Cutout Sticker Maker does not create an account or store your photos, stickers, or face data on our servers, most app data can be controlled directly on your device. You can delete exported stickers in Photos, revoke photo permission in iOS Settings, or delete the app to remove local app data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
